Application Requirements

Birth Certificate

Official birth certificate or baptismal certificate for age verification.

Passport Photos

Recent passport-size photographs of the child (4 copies).

Medical Records

Health assessment form and immunization records.

Previous School Records

Academic transcripts from previous school (if applicable).

Application Fee

Non-refundable application fee of UGX 50,000.
